A comprehensive powdered electrolyte designed specifically for Racehorses working at maximal levels in hot and humid environments. The formulation contains the key electrolytes normally lost in sweat, included at levels to help maintain the vital fluid balance within the body. Xtrolyte Pro contains enough elements to supply electrolyte levels equivalent to those lost in 5 litres of sweat. It also contains Vitamin E & Selenium to help assist normal muscle function during high levels of work.

Some horses find the salty nature of Xtrolyte Pro unpleasant, to ensure the horse does not go off his feed it is recommended that the product is introduced slowly and the daily dose divided between feeds, rather than just one. It also may be of benefit to dampen the feed thus preventing the larger granules of salts falling to the bottom of the feed bucket. For fussy horses, Xtrolyte Blue may be a suitable alternative. 

Directions for use

\nLight Training 30g/day (approx. 1/3 Scoop)

Moderate Training 60-90g/day (approx. 1/2 Scoop)

Heavy Training 90-120g/day (approx. 1 Scoop) 

This Complementary Dietetic feeding stuff should only be fed to horses at a maximum of 120g per head per day Water should be available at all times It is recommended that a specialistÕs opinion be sought before use

Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

 UK Mainland
We usually deliver stock items promptly. Some areas (like the Scottish Highlands) may have slightly higher delivery costs or longer delivery times, which will be shown before you complete your purchase.

UK Offshore (Including Northern Ireland)
We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, depending on your postcode and courier availability.

Europe & Worldwide
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and order size. Europe and the USA generally take around 5 working days.

 Duties & Customs

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note:
- You’re responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges in your country.
- These fees aren’t included in your order total, and we can’t estimate them in advance.
- The courier will usually contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

If customs charges aren’t paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we can’t refund shipping or replacement costs — so please check your local import rules first.

Cancelling Your Order

If you’re shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You can cancel up to 14 days after receiving your order — as long as the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

Please note that the following items **cannot** be cancelled or returned once processed:
- Embroidered or personalised goods
- Made-to-measure or made-to-order items
- Custom colour products
- Specialist bits, boots, or hats not held in stock

Returns and Refund

We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. We must receive the returned goods within 30 days of you notifying us.

Please make sure all returns are:
- In perfect, unused condition
- In original packaging, with your receipt or invoice
- Sent with a note including your name, order number, and reason for return

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of posting). Refunds are made via your original payment method.

Please note:
- Embroidered, made-to-measure, or special-order items can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Synthetic horse bits can’t be refunded if damaged by chewing.
- You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty — we recommend getting proof of postage.
- All items must be clean. Anything too soiled to handle will be returned to you.
- Exchanges will incur a postage fee for the new item.

If returning from outside the UK, please mark your parcel clearly as a “Return” to avoid customs fees.
