Returns Policy Summary:
We hope you love your Pony and Paws products, but if you’d like to return or
exchange an item, we’re here to help.
- Please let us know within **14 days** of receiving your order if you wish to
return an item. - Returns must reach us within **30 days** of notifying us.
- Items should be in their **original condition** with tags attached.
- **Personalised or made-to-order** items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed via your **original payment method** within 14 days of receipt.
