EXCEL TRAVELWELL PASTE - Single Syringe
Excel Travelwell paste is a new and unique product, specially formulated to support competition horses throughout the season. During a busy competition season, a busy horse can travel hundreds of miles in a horsebox. Although everything is done to ensure the horse's security and comfort. The physical demands of each journey can accumulate and negatively impact performance. \n \nExcel Travelwell paste includes electrolytes, with a balance of salts similar to what is lost in 1 liter of sweat. Additionally, Excel Travelwell includes Nucleotides for their positive impact on horses. Research shows Nucleotides are considered to be a conditionally essential nutrient that enhances the immune system's function and supports recovery, as well as the regeneration of damaged cells or tissues. During periods of increased stress, such as travelling, nucleotide demand exceeds the available supply, requiring additional levels. Yeasacc and Biomos are also included to support and maintain proper digestive health. This is key as horses can often suffer from digestive upset before, during, and after travel. The inclusion of Vitamin B12 assists metabolism, and the natural flower remedies may help maintain the normal behaviour of the horse.
Feeding Instructions
Deliver one full syringe to the back of the horses mouth up to 1hr before travelling. A second syringe may be given mid way in a journey over 6hrs in length.

Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
UK Mainland
We usually deliver stock items promptly. Some areas (like the Scottish Highlands) may have slightly higher delivery costs or longer delivery times, which will be shown before you complete your purchase.
UK Offshore (Including Northern Ireland)
We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, depending on your postcode and courier availability.
Europe & Worldwide
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and order size. Europe and the USA generally take around 5 working days.
Duties & Customs
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note:
- You’re responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges in your country.
- These fees aren’t included in your order total, and we can’t estimate them in advance.
- The courier will usually contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
If customs charges aren’t paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we can’t refund shipping or replacement costs — so please check your local import rules first.
Cancelling Your Order
If you’re shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You can cancel up to 14 days after receiving your order — as long as the goods are unused and in perfect condition.
Please note that the following items **cannot** be cancelled or returned once processed:
- Embroidered or personalised goods
- Made-to-measure or made-to-order items
- Custom colour products
- Specialist bits, boots, or hats not held in stock
Returns and Refund
We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. We must receive the returned goods within 30 days of you notifying us.
Please make sure all returns are:
- In perfect, unused condition
- In original packaging, with your receipt or invoice
- Sent with a note including your name, order number, and reason for return

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of posting). Refunds are made via your original payment method.
Please note:
- Embroidered, made-to-measure, or special-order items can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Synthetic horse bits can’t be refunded if damaged by chewing.
- You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty — we recommend getting proof of postage.
- All items must be clean. Anything too soiled to handle will be returned to you.
- Exchanges will incur a postage fee for the new item.
If returning from outside the UK, please mark your parcel clearly as a “Return” to avoid customs fees.
