EXCEL BIOTIN
For Healthy Hooves. Excel Biotin has been formulated on a palatable and appetizing base of finest honey and pure glucose. This product has added Zinc and Methionine, elements which are essential for a healthy hooves, skin and coat.
Equiform has formulated a liquid supplement that enables the horse to easily absorb Biotin (also known as vitamin H), which is widely distributed in feeds but often organically bound and therefore difficult for the horse to absorb. If insufficient Biotin is available to the horse, the first visible signs are dry, scaly skins,dermatitis and softening of normally hard tissues such as hooves.
The metabolism of fat, protein, and carbohydrate involves biotin, a sulphur-containing vitamin. When there is a deficiency of biotin in the diet, it can lead to poor hoof growth, faulty keratinisation, and changes in skin conditio
The product includes biotin because it positively links to the sulphur-containing amino acid Methionine. Sulphur is necessary for the proper formation and maintenance of hoof horn. Additionally, the product contains Zinc because it activates and antagonizes enzymes, and plays a role in normal cell metabolism
Excel Biotin contains 10mg of Biotin per 30ml.

Feeding rate: 30ml per horse per day.

Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
UK Mainland
We usually deliver stock items promptly. Some areas (like the Scottish Highlands) may have slightly higher delivery costs or longer delivery times, which will be shown before you complete your purchase.
UK Offshore (Including Northern Ireland)
We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, depending on your postcode and courier availability.
Europe & Worldwide
We ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and order size. Europe and the USA generally take around 5 working days.
Duties & Customs
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note:
- You’re responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges in your country.
- These fees aren’t included in your order total, and we can’t estimate them in advance.
- The courier will usually contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
If customs charges aren’t paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we can’t refund shipping or replacement costs — so please check your local import rules first.
Cancelling Your Order
If you’re shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You can cancel up to 14 days after receiving your order — as long as the goods are unused and in perfect condition.
Please note that the following items **cannot** be cancelled or returned once processed:
- Embroidered or personalised goods
- Made-to-measure or made-to-order items
- Custom colour products
- Specialist bits, boots, or hats not held in stock
Returns and Refund
We want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. We must receive the returned goods within 30 days of you notifying us.
Please make sure all returns are:
- In perfect, unused condition
- In original packaging, with your receipt or invoice
- Sent with a note including your name, order number, and reason for return

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of posting). Refunds are made via your original payment method.
Please note:
- Embroidered, made-to-measure, or special-order items can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Synthetic horse bits can’t be refunded if damaged by chewing.
- You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty — we recommend getting proof of postage.
- All items must be clean. Anything too soiled to handle will be returned to you.
- Exchanges will incur a postage fee for the new item.
If returning from outside the UK, please mark your parcel clearly as a “Return” to avoid customs fees.
